Specialist consultations and second medical opinions
We help you find a suitable specialist and book appointments at partner hospitals and medical centres. Where needed, we coordinate the submission of medical records for a consultation or second opinion, subject to the specialist’s availability and requirements.
Preventive check-ups and diagnostics
We arrange preventive health packages, laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging and specialist examinations according to your needs and medical recommendations. We help coordinate appointments around the time you have available.
Treatment and hospital admission coordination
We assist with communication with the healthcare facility, preparation of the required documents, and arrangements for examinations, procedures and hospital admission. Medical assessments and treatment decisions are made by the relevant medical team.
Medical services at your location
We help arrange visits from a doctor, nurse or physiotherapist, as well as laboratory sample collection at your home, hotel or office. Services are subject to location and the availability of our partner teams.
Dental services
We help arrange preventive examinations, diagnostics and dental treatment at partner clinics, including when several appointments are needed during your stay.
Interpreting, translation and logistical support
With advance notice, we can assist with medical interpreting, document translation, transport, transfers and accommodation at partner hotels. Medical transport is arranged through specialised partners according to the patient’s condition and needs.
Personal Medical Concierge
When you need several appointments, tests or coordination between different healthcare facilities, you can rely on personalised assistance from the i-Health team.
Your coordinator helps organise your schedule, communicate with partners and clarify the necessary administrative steps. This gives you a single point of contact when preparing for and attending your medical appointments.
The i-Health team communicates in Bulgarian and English. Support in other languages is subject to prior arrangement.
How does it work?
- Send an enquiry. Tell us which service you need, where you are located and your preferred dates.
- We clarify your needs. Where necessary, we will let you know what additional information or medical documentation is required.
- Receive a proposal. We check availability with our partners and clarify the schedule, prices and terms.
- We confirm the arrangements. Once you have accepted the proposal and met the applicable payment requirements, we confirm the requested services.
Prices, payment and documentation
The cost depends on the medical services you select and the assistance required. We clarify medical costs and any applicable i-Health coordination fees and additional service charges in advance.
If you wish to use health or travel insurance, please let us know when you first contact us. Direct billing to an insurer must be confirmed individually for each case. If you pay personally, reimbursement is subject to your insurer’s terms and conditions.
